Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and natural Black Currant flavor are blended to a perfect proportion resulting in a wonderfullyt, unique flavor. Great as a vinaigrette or marinade. Pairs well with most of our olive oils. 
 
* This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
