USES: pork, chicken, turkey.
 
Rub both sides of the meat with oil and coat both sides with the spice rub. 
Ingredients: Chilis, Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Allspice, Nutmeg, Thyme, Basil, Cinnamon.
