Michigan Cherry Rub is an excellent balance of sweet and savory blend with a hint of cherry. It is an excellent rub that should be sprinkled liberally on chicken, lamb, fish, beef and pork. Try drizzling one of our olive oils that is mild, fruity, with a light peppery finish (i.e. Manzanillo) over steaks, chicken or pork and liberally rubbing in the cherry rub, let marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour or longer before you grill. You can also change it up and use one of our flavored olive oils (i.e., Lime, Chipotle, Garlic, Cayenne) 

 

Ingredients: brown sugar, salt, dehydrated cherry powder, spices, dehydrated garlic, paprika, onion powder, and no more than 1% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
